Warranties and Returns
Goods provided by Cookware Brands are subject to specific warranty terms, limitations and exclusions: that are supplied with the goods.
Cookware Brands will replace or refund any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by Cookware Brand's Customer Service Department within 48 hours of the package being received, via the Customer Service Enquiry Form below and Cookware Brands will then provide instructions on how to return goods.
Cookware Brands will refund any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase so long as the product is returned in its original condition including unopened and unmarked packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of an original tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip.
Any products returned to Cookware Brands are at the customer's own cost and risk.
All delivery and handling charges on returned items (inclusive of freight charge to customer) are not refundable for incorrect choice or change of mind.

Please note the following shipping information:
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders over $100
- We ship all orders using Australia Post
- We only ship to Australian addresses
- We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders below $100
Shipping timeframe
- Most orders are processed and dispatched 48 hours from orders being placed on our website
- Most orders take 2-7 days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take longer
Shipping tracking
- When your parcel is despatched, you will be emailed a unique tracking code and link to the Australia Post eParcel portal.
